M21 mortar halftrack

Here's a 1/35th scale American halftrack I built a year ago. It actually sat on my shelf because I lost the mortar. A couple months later I bought a different kit that included an extra mortar, so I was able to use it in this kit and finish it up.

That looks really cool. Half a year is dedication!

I have always admired the patience it takes to put these things together! I used to have a military style boat set but the pieces were so tiny I always got to frustrated to finish.

How long did it take you to make it?

Wow, the amount of detail that goes into that is phenomenal, good job man. You don't have any tanks done do you? Those are really tight.

Whats it made out of?

Awesome, did you have to paint the mortar? or was the other kit simular enough in design?

Fantastic details, man.

Thanks everyone. Yeah, I had to paint the mortar to match this. The entire thing is made out of plastic, big pieces and small pieces. The plastic is usually a dark green so everything has to be painted.
