I tried to take a picture of the moon when it was full but it came out too bright and blurry to be able to see any of the marks or craters. So naturally I took out my telescope and spent far too much time trying to line up the telescope with the moon and then the camera with the telescope. And then re-align everything every couple of minutes because, guess what? THE MOON FREAKING MOVES! I mean, come on, who would think it would be more frustration than fun, with minimal pay off?!
And this cool shot of a halo of light around the moon, doesn't happen often and it's very cool to see first hand.
